Confirmed = Confirmed a club, someone within the club or the player/agent.
Source = A good source: Sky Sports, STV, BBC News or the rare newspaper.
Gossip = Most daily/British newspapers, websites or general talk around the web.
Rubbish = No a chance of it happening.

I would like to remind people that you should be tagging your rumours and according to this. To often I see Matthews linked to Liverpool linked as a source when there is no decent source of anything going on, it's just transfer gossip.

Source is basically the same as confirmed but with no one involved with the deal giving a solid statement about it. Like the chairman of Cardiff saying they have accepted a bid for Matthews from Celtic, that would be confirmed. Without it, the article would be source.
