The Dutchman quit Neil Lennon’s SPL champions at the end of the season after four years at Parkhead and had options from across Europe.
But it is understood that Turkey will be his destination after he was offered a deal worth almost £20,000 per week.

Loovens had been all set to sign for Old Firm rivals Rangers before then Hoops boss Gordon Strachan nipped in to gazump rival Walter Smith.
Loovens then played under Strachan, Tony Mowbray and finally Lennon — but never fully established himself as a first-team regular.
