rumour is the fee is around 8 million. He might be going on about dreaming to play in La Liga but I cant think of many 'decent' teams over there that would take him, especially for that kind of money. Most likely he willl end up either in the prem or in Russia.

The Korean player being linked with a move to QPR is not Ki, it's Ji-Sung Park from Man U.

But I think Ki will go if any spanish team makes contact and a decent offer.

I doubt it's him also, it could be but the source said they had a bid already accepted two days ago now for a Korean player. It could be several players.

Meanwhile Ki said in a press conference he is just preparing for the Olympics and isn't thinking about his future right now.

Seems Ki doesn't even know what fellow Korean QPR have signed, but that's him ruled out of that move. - from the press conference Gaffney mentioned.

Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng has denied he will be unveiled as a QPR player at a press conference on Monday.

Mark Hughes has already brought players such as goalkeeper Rob Green to Loftus Road this summer, and the club has been heavily linked with a £7-8 million move for the South Korean.

The 23-year-old insisted that his primary focus is the upcoming Olympic games, and put forward the names of Lee Chung-Yong and Park Chu-Young as other Koreans that QPR's Monday press conference could be introducing.

"I heard that QPR will have a press conference on [July] 9 with Korean player but I won't be there," Sung-Yueng told reporters.

"I know that QPR showed interest in me but I don't know what's going on right now. Anyway, I'm not the player who will attend press conference, it's 100%.

"I have not decided my future, now is time to focus on [the] Olympics. It's uncomfortable to see many transfer news about me. I don't even want to know the stories unless I receive an offer.

"Who would go to QPR? I'm curious. Maybe Lee Chung-Yong or Park Chu-Young?"

Well if you look at QPR's reserves on wikipedia you'll see Ki, Messi and Ronaldo waiting to make it into the first team squad. Maybe they've made a few signings we don't know about haha.
